Personally i am a visual learner so the senario's really helped me apply the book work to actual senario's.

The only suggestion I have, is having dispatchers sit facing each other vs in a straight line. also provide them with a white board so they can keep up with information given to them.

Continuning refreshers that piggy back off this. I really enjoyed this training. first time in a long time I was fully engaged and not watching the clock.
