The AREA COMMAND and COMMAND roles as those do not apply to me at my current level of experience.

I believe that dispatch should be more involved as that is generally where we see cognitive overload first. There is plenty of opportunity to simulate and recreate chaotic radio traffic and an influx of information through dispatch.
