I would recommend having the dispatchers do a scenario as law enforcement and EMS so they have a better understanding of the field operations.

Using the ASIM checklist to then apply during exercises. The ability to observe and serve as scribe for Tactical really helped connect the training elements. I see that area as the belly button for an effective response.

Scenarios were great and the simulations were strong. Ability to potentially debrief more specifically between tactical and the units. For example tactical with CTs, Triage/Transport with RTFs to highlight opportunities for improvement.

Adapting principles and roles to real world Penn State, State College, and Centre County resources.
