I didn't have the chance to apply the skills over different aspect of the management incident like command, staging and tactical as the software randomly select the person.

Less dynamic tasks such as perimeter had to be filled by someone in each exercise.

Radio communications were difficult, though realistic the quality of radios could be increased.

The most valuable instruction was the Area Command practical application.

The least valuable were the slides. The instructors did a great job not reading of the slides. The slides had very little information on them, therefore, they weren't really needed.

The equipment provided during the periods of instruction was amazing. Its awesome to be able to talk through what is supposed to happen, then execute on the computer and at the work stations.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to see how how the Emergency Managers really work. They are able to say a bunch of things but I'd like to see that exercised in real-time or within the scenario.

The "What if" scenario pertaining to the pulse night club incident. The discussion was more "what if" this happened rather than only discussing facts and how one would react to those facts.

If possible, add more stations (computer terminals) so that everyone is engaged every scenario.
