The hands on application for the drills, all 11 posed significant interaction between staff that may not have worked together before.

Running tactical, staging, and incident command boards were most valuable because they were the most busy/stressful positions for me and it was something I was not used to doing at all. Not only did we learn about these posts, but we actually got hands-on experience to help remember the things we learned.
