Move Staging, Command, and Tactical out of the room that the first responders/RTFs are in. Have the class introduce themselves. It helps with Networking and learning who is in the class.

I would like to see some discussion on best practices for locating the command post, staging, tactical, etc. as it relates to proximity, scene security and effective communication. Also would like some coverage of media staging, which wasn't highlighted but is always needed in large scale events.
