It would be more realistic if the different elements were in different rooms or partitioned off. It was to easy to walk over to another group and that couldn't happen.

Triage and transport roles. I have held these positions on other mci events briefly but not on a shooter event. Integration with LEO as the 3 headed dog will absolutely prove to have been a useful tool.

Put up physical communication barriers between crews who are not co located. Walking from Tactical Triage and Transport to RTF or CT who are forward deployed will not happen as easily in real life.

More ICS, terrorism and tecc training to supplement.
