Practice at coordination of numerous units. Law Enforcement officers can be difficult to manage and giving clear concise directions is essential.

The computer simulations were great because it created an interactive environment but could also be difficult because of the lack of hearing, smell, sight etc. Could this course be presented as part of a 2 day active shooter with management.

Perimeter units often deployed then had nothing to do for 30 minutes. Maybe reassign after task is completed.
