Lecture - a lot of it was review of the ASIM Basic T3 course.

More integration/opportunities for lower level ranks to participate in each station for scenarios. I only had one scenario where I was tasked with something other than an RTF or Ambulance response.

Learning how to setup multiple different teams for different tasks rather than only having a few teams and only using limited resources.

Feel there should be more hands on/physical iterations where we get the physical reps of responding to a simulated scene in a controlled environment.

Trying to integrate what we learned here and get them implemented in our SOPs for military responses to an active shooter.
