Entire course was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for.

Very difficult to hear the student dialogue during the hotwash sessions due to some speaking quietly, not bringing microphone up to their mouth, and just low PA system volume.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I really enjoyed the instructor stories for those that have responded to some of the case studies/.

The hands on element of the training.

The statistics. We were not afforded the opportunity to review them. We stayed at our stations and could not view them they were quickly discussed.

The days could be 8 hours and not 9. 9 for three days pushes concentration.
