Monitoring radio traffic to get a better understanding of how many moving parts area actually in place during a large scale incident, and how those operations are supposed to function on the PD/FD/EMS side.

As a dispatcher, I love being able to see what happens on scene. I find it valuable to be able to see the other side of the microphone, and learn how truly hectic an incident can be.
