Honestly everything. I have been a PCO for 15 years and may have only had 1 paperwork training in reference to "Active Shooters". I definitely needed everything and enjoyed it.

Being able to see what superior officers in the law enforcement field are responsible for is always a plus. Also seeing the responsibilities of the Fire Department is helpful as well.
