As a dispatcher this course was insightful to be apart of, I appreciated seeing things that could happen from all angles and not just hearing things on the radio... would definitely enjoy coming to more course.

This class was absolutely amazing, as a dispatcher i didnt know the tasks that officers had on the road during these calls and it was great learning what or how to do it.

I took the course as a dispatcher. I had field experience in medical and fire which was not utilized. I believe that it would be beneficial to allow dispatch time in each of the other fields to generate true interdiscipline understanding.
