The hands on at the boards.

The drills were helpful however there was a lot of wasted time during the scenarios. I don't need to drive simulated ambulances. Perhaps run two smaller simultaneous drills that allows for more hands on with the command, T/T/T aspects, etc. Running through the scenarios as the command level staff was helpful. Simulated triage and transport was not helpful.
