Hands on training and utilizing all positions on a scale that is not feasible on a full scale event.

The PIO that spoke while we were still trying to accomplish goals and tasks.

I would love to have more time with smaller scale events so that way once things were increased to CCA events we were more prepared.

Cross training with local assets including PD and having their side of the aisle more disciplined.

Important to understand that there is a sort of baseline knowledge that should be had before taking the course, but that is why it's advanced.

How to keep the momentum going and operationalize key concepts that can be repeated on smaller incidents, so that its easily recalled when needed.
