Seeing all branches of fire, ems, law, dispatch deployed for a major even, helps sort incidents in my mind by seeing how those agencies work with one another to neitralize threat.

The hands on learning was amazing. It was SOOOO nice to be a dispatcher and actually be fully involved in each incident and dispatch as we normally would need to and not just watch or participate in a capacity that we wouldn't normally do.
