Command structure on larger incidents.

Smaller incident command process.

The integration for fire and ems as taught is unrealistic, The fire response would absolutely establish an independent IC until contact with LE was made and a unified style command could be set up. The fire/ems wouldnt have any direction otherwise.

A TECC class or other RTF exposure.

The exercise portion of the course was most valuable because they reinforced the concepts and methodologies taught during lecture.

The lecture section of this course was directed toward Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS. While all of the information presented was useful, it was not really applicable to Emergency Management.

Personally i am a visual learner so the senario's really helped me apply the book work to actual senario's.

While the use of the simulator does enhance the training the, it also causes confusion do how rudimentary it is, and lack of indentation of other students.
