This course was very well done and supported with great resources. I think this course should not only be taken by supervisors but also non supervisory positions. It allows personnel to think with better judgement in order to preserve life and safety to the upmost degree.

The course had good infomation on how tasks are broken down.

I did not agree on how the practical exercises will help with realistic situtations since they were through a computer system.

This course needs to be aimed for people with experience with command. At time it was too complex for me level of experience. I also felt the instructors thought that everyone in the class knew exactly what to do when the first excerise was started.
