Learning tactical and incident command. Most active shooter training focus's on the run and gun portion of active shooter but not the management side of it.

Hostage scenarios. My department treats active shooter events as active shooter events even if they attempt to take hostages. We go in and stop the threat.

I would have liked to have gotten the opportunity to participate at each station to learn each position. It was confusing to 1st go to one stage and not know what to do. Its different reading and actual doing the management stage. However, it was a great experience and learning tool. Great job to the instructors.
