Physically standing up the different posts through different incidents to get to experience the evolving needs and changes for different incidents and being able to coordinate with individuals on different levels.

By no means was it lesser than anything because I learned just as much, but it would be the classroom portion.

This was a very well put together course, the instructors were the SME's that are needed for this kind of course. Mixing the simulation prac apps and class room time was the perfect balance.

Continuing to build on this and sharpen my skills in all roles involved in an active shooter incident.

Performing in a role for which i will very unlikely bd assigned. I am a chief/ command officer and I would not be driving an ambulance, nor likely be assigned to an RTF.

This is one of the best courses and group of instructors that I have had. I would like to see the course able to be scalar to our community response agencies and their capabilities. Some incident were responded to far exceeding the areas resource capabilities.
