The simulator could be a little more updated to look realistic, if the budget allots.

Continue to expand the simulator with real time events and rapidly evolving incidents.

Staff and Command school, to continue to have a better understanding on commanding multiple people in a large scale manner.

The computer stations. The RTF/Contact practice was not needed as much as Command/Tactical/Staging coordination.

Less time doing scenarios on the computer and more at the other stations.

Being rotated through all the different command positions and interacting with the other participants in their different positions.

The actual simulation of contact or officer with an RTF on the computer- Because being sent to go after the suspect or accompany FF is the easiest part. The coordination positions were more valuable.

The class was excellent. There was a good mix of instruction and practical exercises.

Coordinating all resources available during an active shooter event, not just stopping the threat.
