If all personnel are not familiar with this program and practiced or trained, I find it difficult for it to occur. The course showed the need for personnel to be fluent with the procedures however most are not.

The computer based scenarios were sometimes difficult to grasp for those like me who do not play video games. I believe this made at least one instructor mistakenly equate competence with computer video games with competence with firearms and other dynamic, tactics.
