Hostage negotiations and making sure the comm cntr is staffed to 100%. in our community, the comm cntr sometimes plays the role of tatical and stage ofcr so more pratice will be huge. great class.

Definitely the scenarios. I learn better hands-on.

A lot of it was geared more toward LE, Fire, and EMS. I am dispatch so not much applied to my job. But I still learned a lot.

I thought the course was great as a whole. Very informative. Great entertaining instructors. Awesome class.

I now know a lot of areas my dispatch center needs work in case an active shooter incident occurs in our jurisdiction.

BETTER RADIOS !!! (From A Dispatcher's Perspective). I know it won;t be cost effective to get $2,000.00 Motorolas in here but the current ones had some issues.
