I found that it was difficult with communications because we were working off of many channels simultaneously which caused everyone to step on each other. When requesting a second channel disptach was confused and did not understand without reasoning why.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

All instruction is important to me as I am an educator. I enjoy taking all and any classes to further my education and skills.

The implementation of the fire department for triange because we don't do that in NJ.

NJ does not have ems trained fireman so that element different.

The only suggestion I have, is having dispatchers sit facing each other vs in a straight line. also provide them with a white board so they can keep up with information given to them.

Continuning refreshers that piggy back off this. I really enjoyed this training. first time in a long time I was fully engaged and not watching the clock.
