Perhaps fewer scenarios but more time on each. Some extra time to work through a difficulty and to practice a better way would be helpful.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The technology (boards, phones, CAD, was very impressive) while we will never have a simulator like the one used here, I got to see a great way to use simple tech to really better manage a difficult scene. Thank you.

My role (PIO) didn't need all the tactical response (however it's good to know!).

In the scenarios, PIOs self-deployed to Command. I suggest making someone there call for the PIO as it's on the checklist.
