The scenarios were helpful because it may not have been completely accurate but it was good at figuring out what may be needed of you in an actual event.

Some of the modules were not that helpful for me as a disaptcher. it was focused more on fire and police and less on communications.

Maybe include more for dispatch to do during the scenarios. like phones and other channels to listen to. other emergencies dont stop just because this one is going on.

To continue this on hopefully a regular basis as this was my first hands on and you never know when this is going to happen. a lot more agencies need to do this type of training. Everything about this training was awesome!!! Thank you!!!!.

The simulations and the way the content was broken up was excellent. The opportunity to immediately apply the material presented in the simulation environment greatly enhanced my learning.
