Have a dispatcher join for instruction and guidance of dispatch, especially if there is a newer dispatcher attending the course. You have FD EMS and LE personnel and say how important dispatch is but do not have at least a day where a dispatch instructor is available for their experience and knowledge to benefit the class.

Continuing to work with agencies and prepare for events.

It will take more time, but if FEMA came in with simulations of the near by areas, for example, Killeen Mall, Copperas Cove High School, Temple College, I would be blown away.
