Have a dispatcher join for instruction and guidance of dispatch, especially if there is a newer dispatcher attending the course. You have FD EMS and LE personnel and say how important dispatch is but do not have at least a day where a dispatch instructor is available for their experience and knowledge to benefit the class.

Continuing to work with agencies and prepare for events.
