The practical application of the command process and seeing and rotating through all of the different positions in play was great.

Some of the exercises/scenarios felt rushed and could have used more time.

Another day of instruction and going slower through the exercises on day 1 and really driving home the principles could provide some improvement.

Getting the rest of our local responders trained to be on the same page.

Taking this training and being able to condense it into a 4 or 8 hour course for my officers and those in my County.

The powerpoint information was necessary but also hard to absorb because there was so much.

The game was great! It would be helpful to go over exactly how the different units talk to one another for the people who have no experience.
