Reunification, it was not due to the instruction but it was hard to perform on the computer.

I am not sure if school systems are invited to this type of course but Its something to consider.

Overall, the practical portion did a great job solidifying the lessons learned from the lecture portions of the class. The instructors were also incredibly helpful throughout the experience.

Continuing with the lessons learned from this activity and taking it back to our departments. We need to continue with more training and hands-on between area departments/agencies.

I feel letting the low man on the list able to be put in a command position was most valuable, giving me the tools and practice to better respond to a situation without being a hinderance on my peers.

Possibly more in depth with hands on sim rounds in stead of computer sim.
